Vincent is now officially 1 year old. We had a party last night with the grandparents, he had a blast! He loved all of his toys. But, his favorite one was a Radio Flyer wagon that his granddad (David's dad) got him. It's the one with the seats and cup holders in it. We took him outside in it and Papa (my dad) was chasing him while I was pulling him and he was just cracking up laughing. It was soo cute. Oh and he got chocolate cake all over the place! Oh well, he only turns one once! Anyways, we have his big birthday party tomorrow afternoon, that should be alot of fun! I'll let you know what happens.

We haven't heard anything on the loan for the house yet, which really sucks. I really hope that we get it. David and I talked and if we don't get the house that we want right now, then we're going to rent a house for while before we try to buy again. It'll be better than living in an apartment.

Hopefully I will have so great news by this Friday. We submitted our loan application last night, we'll find out by the end of this week if we got approved. I really hope we do... I really want this house!!

Vincent now has 5 teeth and working on his next one, which will pop through any day now. And, YES he has been cranky! But that's a part of life I guess. His party is coming up pretty quick... I can't believe how fast this last year has gone by. David and I were laying bed last night thinking of everything that has happened in the last year, it's amazing once you actually sit down and think about it.

Oh and we picked out names for our next baby. It won't happen anytime soon, but you never know. If it's a girl it will be Victoria or Gwendolynn Renea. If it's a boy it will probably be Bronson Roy (that's my middle name, but mine is spelled Roi).

Well, today I got turned down for WIC! Which totally sucks, I can't afford $100 in formula a month. Yeah, David is making good money, but not that good!! AAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, I just got done mailing out the invitations for Vincent's birthday. Now I need to call and get a cake on order and call Sears for his 1 yr. pictures. Lot's of fun.....

Oh, we are looking into getting a house, finally! It is soo nice, and it's only a few blocks from here, so I'll still be close to everything and everyone. It has a HUGE back yard. Which will be nice for Vincent to grow up with.

I finally got to go to Louisiana this last weekend to see my grandpa. He's not doing too good. I wish I couldn've stayed there longer to help out more.... but mother-hood calls, I had to get the little guy home. All in all it was a good trip, sad, but good.

Well, Vincent is trying walk. He walks along the edges of things and he'll walk all over the house as long as you hold his hands. He is almost a year old. Just over a month to go. If anyone has any ideas on things to do at a 1 year birthday party, I'm open for suggestions!!
